Flamboyance runs in the blood of Caribbean cricketers and Sheldon Cottrell is no exception.
His military-inspired salute celebration was the talk of the town when he burst onto the scene. Upon taking a wicket, the left-armer marches down the pitch and offers a firm salute towards the dressing room before opening his arms to the heavens. The Windies quick celebrates his 32nd birthday today, and the management would be hoping there are many more salutes in store.
