Pakistan lost the first Test in Jamaica by a hair’s breadth as West Indies somehow managed to tick off a target of 168 with just one wicket to spare. The hosts have taken an unassailable 1-nil lead in the two-match series but Pakistan still have the opportunity to draw level. The visiting batsmen kicked into gear ahead of the second and final Test of the series which counts towards the fresh cycle of the World Test Championship.
