West Indies have managed to post a challenging total for India in Trinindad. Electing to bat first, the openers got them off to a rosy start as they gathered 45 runs in the first 6 overs. Kyle Mayers was the aggressive batter up front and that allowed Shai Hope, the glue of West Indian batting, to get his eye in. Shamarh Brooks got off to a pretty good start as well, however, just like Mayers, failed to convert that start. Shai Hope became the fourth West Indian batter to compile a century in his 100th ODI and Pooran too played a handy knock that consisted of six maximums.
Clever shot! @shaidhope showing off his skills as his strike rate continues to climb.
