The well-built, hard-hitting opener from Queensland, Chris Lynn tore apart Will Sutherland as he demolished the pacer for three consecutive boundaries before launching a huge six. He cleared the front leg to make room for a free swing of the arms and hoisted the length ball into the orbit. Having racked up 32 from just 15 deliveries, Lynn was looking increasingly ominous at the pitch when Zahir Khan got one to sneak past the almighty loft onto the stumps. Lynn’s flurry of fours at the start was instrumental in Brisbane Heat chasing down 141 with ease.
