Travis Head is coming off the back of a lean year in terms of run-getting, but has roared back into form at the start of the summer down under, hitting 163 for South Australia in their Sheffield Shield fixture against Western Australia over the weekend. As per cricket.com.au, the knock seems to have put him in a strong position regarding selection for the national side, with Australian head coach Justin Langer having sent him a congratulatory text and organised a call to take place over the next few days.
