Haris Rauf demonstrated his considerable pace in Pakistan’s National T20 Cup on Thursday, dismissing Ayaz Tasawwar of Balochistan with a perfectly placed short ball. The delivery exploded off the deck, angling towards the collar bone of Tasawwar and finding the batter’s top edge, which eventually fell into the grateful hands of the wicketkeeper. It left the home side 70/5 and in some considerable trouble in their clash at Rawalpindi with Northern. The game is the first fixture of this year’s edition of the tournament.
