On this day fourteen years ago, Yuvraj Singh made history as he hit Stuart Broad for six maximums in an over. The feat came during the first ever T20 World Cup in South Africa as India took on England in a spicy affair. Before Broad’s over, Yuvraj was involved in a heated verbal altercation with Andrew Flintoff, and the England all-rounder’s words seemed to have nothing of their desired effect. Yuvraj reached his fifty off twelve deliveries, which remains the fastest ever in the T20 format.
Look out in the crowd!
